Our Peak District Yoga Retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect with nature, and deepen your yoga practice in a peaceful and supportive environment.
This relaxing retreat focuses on two key areas: yoga and nutrition. With two yoga sessions each day and nourishing plant-based meals, every part of your stay is designed to support your body, mind, and soul.
You’ll be hosted by a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor alongside a functional nutrition counsellor, giving you expert guidance throughout the weekend. Take time away from your busy routine and enjoy a refreshing spring retreat surrounded by like-minded people in the beautiful Peak District.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply curious to try yoga for the first time, the sessions are designed to suit all levels. Our instructor creates a welcoming and calming atmosphere, helping everyone feel comfortable and supported.
Located beside the stunning Darwin Lake, the retreat offers the perfect setting for relaxation and exploration. Spend your free time walking through nature trails, visiting local sights, enjoying the peaceful lakeside surroundings, or simply relaxing around the cottages.
We also offer personalised nutrition guidance, helping guests understand their own wellness goals and providing practical advice and healthy habits to take home.
This retreat is all about switching off, slowing down, and taking care of your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Yoga and Nutrition
Guests can enjoy two yoga sessions per day, with both restorative and energising classes available for those who wish to take part.
Sessions may be held outdoors beside Darwin Lake, creating the perfect peaceful backdrop for your practice. If the weather is less forgiving, indoor sessions take place in a calm and welcoming communal space ideal for yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
Plant-based meals are carefully prepared to support cleansing, nourishment, and overall wellbeing throughout your stay.
