1. These Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions (together with any documents referred to in them) (collectively, the “Terms”) set out the basis on which you may use the website www.mediclickpharmacy.co.uk (our “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these Terms carefully before you begin using our Site.
1.2 By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.
1.3 We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

2. Information about us

2.1 This Site is operated by Pill Post Limited (trading as MediClick Pharmacy) (“we”, “us”, “our”). Pill Post Limited is incorporated in England and Wales under company number 14807394. Our pharmacy is registered at Unit 12, Claycliffe Rd, Barnsley, S75 1HS.
2.2 We are regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority (MHRA) and are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

3. Other terms and policies that may apply

10.1 To access certain services on our Site, you must register and create a secure online patient account. By registering you:

  • confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • agree to keep your username and password confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use;
  • must not create more than one account;
  • confirm you are aged 18 or over.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe continued use will prejudice our users or us.

11. Security and misuse

11.1 We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
11.2 You are responsible for configuring your computer or device to access our Site, including ensuring you have up-to-date virus protection software.
11.3 You must not misuse our Site by introducing malicious code, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
11.4 Breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them, and may immediately terminate your access to the Site.

12.1 You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly and legally, without suggesting any form of association, approval or endorsement.
12.2 You must not link from any site that is not owned by you.
12.3 You must not frame our Site or create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms.

15. Right to cancel

15.1 Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order at any time before it is “Prescribed” (i.e. approved).
15.2 How to Cancel: Contact our customer support via the channels on our Site, or by email/telephone.
15.3 Eligibility: Cancellation is only possible before the order reaches the Prescribed stage.
15.4 Refunds & Credits: If you cancel before prescription, you will receive account credit (non-transferable, no cash refund) for future purchases.
15.5 Exceptions: If your order is Prescribed but not yet dispatched, contact us to request an exception.
15.6 Order Changes: To amend address or items, contact us as soon as possible; subject to availability and order status.
15.7 Subscriptions: Subscription cancellation and amendment terms apply as specified on the Site.
