Complaints & Feedback

At MediClick Pharmacy, your feedback is important to us. We feel it is essential that our patients feel both supported by and satisfied with our service. If you have had a negative experience with any aspect of MediClick Pharmacy, we’d like to hear from you in order to effectively resolve the issue.
The MediClick Pharmacy complaints procedure has been designed with our customers/patients in mind to ensure that all complaints are handled:

Our team is trained in handling complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

How to Submit a Complaint

Simply email us at hello@mediclickpharmacy.co.uk, including your contact details, an overview of the complaint, and what aspect of MediClick Pharmacy the complaint relates to. We will receive your feedback immediately. Please include your full name, date of birth, email and a contact number.
A member of our team will be in touch to assist you in finding a resolution and will keep you updated on the progress of the investigation.

Finding a Resolution

MediClick Pharmacy will work alongside you to reach an outcome that is satisfying for both parties and will contact you directly to discuss the resolution and its implications.
If you’re happy with the resolution, we will use your feedback to further improve our service.

Not Satisfied with the Resolution?

Our appeals process ensures that all complainants have the opportunity to request a further review of a complaint if they are not satisfied with the outcome of our investigation. You may contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
