Priligy is a fast-acting prescription tablet used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. It contains dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) that increases time to ejaculation, improves control, and helps reduce frustration during sexual activity.
Priligy is available in 30mg and 60mg tablets and is taken as needed, before sexual activity.
How Priligy Works
Priligy contains dapoxetine, which works by increasing serotonin activity in the nervous system. This helps delay ejaculation by improving control and extending the time between penetration and climax.
It is the only licensed oral treatment for premature ejaculation in the UK and Europe.
How to Take
Take 1 tablet (30mg or 60mg) with water, 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity
Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours
Avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of side effects
Do not use alongside other SSRIs or MAOIs
Who Can Use Priligy
Priligy is suitable for adult men (18–64) who:
Have premature ejaculation with little control

Experience distress or frustration due to PE
Do not use Priligy if you:
Have heart problems or low blood pressure
Take antidepressants or other serotonergic drugs
